Privacy Policy

How ORIVIS collects, uses, protects, and manages information when you use the ORIVIS Engine platform.

Effective Date September 20, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ORIVIS Engine, operated by Null Systems LLC, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information in connection with the ORIVIS platform, website, connected services, and related support.

It is written for the people who use ORIVIS day to day — dealership owners, managers, and their teams — and explains in plain terms what information is involved and how Null Systems LLC handles it.

2. Information We Collect

Account and Business Information

ORIVIS may collect information necessary to create and administer an account, such as your name, business or dealership name, business email, contact information, organization information, subscription information, and account credentials.

Information Provided by the Dealership

Dealerships may provide operational, inventory, customer, financial, service, sales, or other business information to ORIVIS, depending on the products and integrations they use.

Connected Services

Users may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Gmail and Google Calendar. ORIVIS only receives information made available through the permissions authorized by the user, and uses that information to provide the requested ORIVIS functionality.

Usage and Technical Information

ORIVIS may collect technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Support Communications

Information you provide when contacting ORIVIS support may be used to respond to your requests and maintain the customer relationship.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected through ORIVIS may be used to:

  • Provide and operate ORIVIS.
  • Analyze dealership information and generate intelligence, diagnostics, estimates, and recommendations.
  • Provide connected Gmail and Calendar functionality when authorized.
  • Maintain and improve reliability, security, and performance.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Google and Connected Account Data

When you connect Google services such as Gmail or Google Calendar, ORIVIS accesses only the information and permissions authorized through the Google connection.

Connected information may be processed to provide ORIVIS features such as identifying relevant customer conversations, understanding dealership communications, identifying appointments and calendar-related signals, and generating dealership intelligence.

You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time through the connection controls in your ORIVIS workspace, or by contacting ORIVIS.

ORIVIS does not sell connected Google data.

5. AI, Automated Analysis, and Recommendations

ORIVIS uses automated analysis and AI-assisted systems to evaluate business information and identify patterns, issues, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Where applicable, ORIVIS distinguishes between:

  • Source information
  • Calculated values
  • Estimates
  • System interpretations
  • Recommendations

ORIVIS provides intelligence and recommendations. Dealership management remains responsible for reviewing information and making business decisions.

6. Data Sharing

ORIVIS may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, including with:

  • Service providers and infrastructure providers supporting ORIVIS.
  • Professional advisers where appropriate.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law.
  • Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, where applicable.

ORIVIS does not sell customer business data.

7. Data Security

ORIVIS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.

Retention may vary depending on the type of information and how the customer uses ORIVIS. Customers may contact ORIVIS regarding deletion or account closure, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The ORIVIS website and platform may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and performance.

For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you are located and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain certain information.

To submit a privacy request, please contact the ORIVIS team.

11. Children's Privacy

ORIVIS is a business service and is not intended for children.

12. Third-Party Services

ORIVIS may integrate with third-party services selected or authorized by the customer. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not control how they independently process information.

Google is one example — Gmail and Calendar connections are part of the ORIVIS experience, and Google's own terms and privacy policies apply to Google's processing of your information.

13. Changes to This Policy

ORIVIS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.
